This exercise is performed with one hand, the second fixes the skin in the region of the lower jaw. Put your fingers on the edges of the nose and move toward the temples through the cheekbones.

Elevate the palm of your hand along the cheek arches in the direction of the temples and from the corners of the mouth to the temples. With similar movements, walk along the edge of the bone of the lower jaw. Thanks to these movements, sagging of the skin is prevented and nasolabial folds are reduced.

The final stage will be the stretching movement of the fingers from the jaw up the edge of the lower eyelid, rubbing the forehead and circular movements from the center to the temporal zone.
