Carrots grate on a small grater, and cut the orange together with the peel into small pieces. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs together with sugar, then fill a glass of flour, soda. Knead the dough properly. Then mix the dough with orange and carrots. Add the raisin soaked in boiling water. Then pour the dough into a mold and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes. When the cake is ready, remove it from the mold and cool it. While the pie is cooling down, cook the cream. To do this, whip the mixer with sour cream or condensed milk with a spoonful of sugar, until the sugar dissolves completely. Cover the cake and decorate with a berry.
