Limit yourself in alcohol, in cigarettes, in the use of drugs - they in their structure contain many toxins. Every day, drink 8 glasses of water.

4 Do physical exercises. Half an hour of gymnastics per day has not hurt anyone. The metabolism is activated, all the calories eaten with food will turn into energy.
