Preparing a shark steak In order to try a baked shark it is not necessary to visit a restaurant or travel in exotic countries, although, of course, the latter options are more pleasant than the one I offer you. Namely - walk to the fish store, buy shark steaks, buy as few vegetables, lemon and return to your favorite kitchen, prepare a shark, baked on a cushion of onions and sweet peppers, covered with tomatoes. I decided to bake a shark with vegetables, suspecting that because of the low content of fat, the shark's meat should be dryish, for my taste it turned out well - try it yourself. By the way, shark meat is very popular in dietetics due to low caloric content and high protein content.
Ingredients:- Shark steak 2 pcs.
- Tomatoes 1 pc.
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Cardamom 2 pcs.
- Pepper black with peas 10 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the shark you will need: shark steaks, tomato, onion, pepper, lemon, oil for frying and spices (I'm just starting to get to know them, so do not judge strictly - I used cardamom and black pepper peas).
- Step 2 Steak the shark rinse, remove the spine and skin (optional). Sprinkle with lemon juice, add salt and sprinkle with spices.
- Step 3 While the fish is salted, prepare the vegetables. Cut the onions into rings or rings.
- Step 4 Tomatoes - thin discs.
- Step 5 Pure the seeds and chop into slices of the same length as the onion.
- Step 6 Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 3 minutes, then add the sweet pepper and continue frying for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 7 In the baking package, spread the fried onion and pepper.
- Step 8 Then we lay out the fish.
- Step 9 Cover with tomato slices.
- Step 10 Close the bag, do a few punctures from the top and bake it in the oven to 200 ° C for 20 minutes, then open the bag and bake for another 10 minutes in open form (optional).
- Step 11 The baked shark can be served with vegetables both hot and cold.
