Chicken for the holiday A great way to bake a chicken for a festive table, very easy and economical, and the effect is simply stunning! The minimum of products, just a carcass of chicken, lemon and large sea salt, but in the end we get perfectly prepared, moderately salty, juicy meat and a crusty crust! For fans of spices, I would advise all the same chicken rub your favorite aromatic spices, but it will also turn out to be worthy and very tasty! Serve it to the table directly from the heat, with heat, and on the side dish I advise classic mashed potatoes!
Ingredients:- Chicken 1.8 kg
- Sea salt 400 g
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Step 1 To prepare this festive dish, we need a minimum of products: chicken carcass, lemon, large sea salt (you can replace the usual).
- Step 2 My hut (and inside too), dry with a paper towel, cut off excess fat and put in a whole, washed lemon.
- Step 3 Put a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray or baking dish, and salt is poured on it evenly.
