Garlic is cleaned and finely chopped. From the lemon we squeeze out all the juice. Better do this with a juicer. In the lemon juice, pour 4 tablespoons of butter, add thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic (very finely chopped or squeezed through the press). Cut the meat into cubes about 2 centimeters in length. Approximately in this way :) We put the meat in a bag and pour in the marinade. We mix everything thoroughly, close it and send it to the refrigerator. When the meat is ready to cook, soak the wooden skewers in the water (for 15-30 minutes), then string the meat.
