- mushrooms - 1 1/2 cups (finely chopped)
- garlic - 1-2 teeth
- dried wormwood - 1 1/2 teaspoons
- black pepper - 1/8 teaspoons

1. Mix chicken fillet, mushrooms, onion, garlic, oat bran, tarragon, salt and pepper. We model 6 identical cutlets of average thickness. 2. Preheat the grill. Put the cutlets on the grill. Close the lid and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side. 3. 2 minutes before the preparation of the cutlet, put the rolls on the grill cover to warm up. Fill each bun with cutlets and garnish.
