- table wine - 1 st. a spoon
- light soy sauce - 1 st. a spoon
Dietary chicken with mushrooms and vegetables is served well with mashed potatoes. Preparation: Cut the butter into pieces. Finely chop mushrooms and onions. Cut the Bulgarian pepper into strips. Cut green onions in strips of 2 cm. Expand the foil and put on it pieces of butter. Top with a few mushrooms, Bulgarian pepper, ginger and onions. Top the chicken thigh, on top of it - the remaining butter, green onions, garlic, lemon slices and the remaining mushrooms. Sprinkle the chicken with soy sauce and table wine. Fold the foil and cook in a steamer for 30 minutes. Expand the foil, turn the chicken thigh, then wrap the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
