Scallops with pineapple salsa

This is not some classical dish, but just my experiment, which was given to the Ingredients: Instructions

This is not some classical dish, but just my experiment, which turned out to be very successful. The sea scallops turned out to be very tender and slightly sweetish, and pineapple salsa perfectly fitted into this culinary composition. Now scallops with pineapple salsa are one of my favorite non-picnic dishes :) Recipe for scallops with pineapple salsa: 1. Cut the heart of pineapple into cubes. From orange squeeze juice, add a teaspoon of sugar. In a frying pan warm the butter, put pineapples there and pour orange juice. Stew on high heat until the liquid is completely boiled. Pineapples by that time should become soft and absorb orange juice. Sprinkle with chopped basil leaves. 2. Pineapples are transferred to another container, and in the same frying pan we again melt some butter. We spread out the scallops in a frying pan and fry 2-3 minutes until red. 3. Actually, the dish is ready - on the plate lay salsa, and on top - scallops. For beauty, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bon Appetit!
