Onions and carrots finely chopped and fried in oil, after a few minutes add the finely chopped tomato into the frying pan and stew for about 5 minutes. Then mix the fried vegetables with the pepper, cleared of seeds and membranes (for convenience, you can cut the pepper into small cubes). Using a blender, we crush everything to homogeneity. Add cream to the sauce, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce into a frying pan, bring it to a boil and remove it from the fire. At the exit, we get an orange sauce.
