That they liked me - it's easy to cook, but they look unusual :) And who among us does not like to surprise guests with culinary novelties? So conciglioni (in Russian, seashells) - the very thing, very much I advise this simple recipe for seashells with minced meat! To prepare seashells with minced meat I recommend the following way proven by me: 1. First of all, we will defrost our minced meat, and chop the onions and carrots with a grater or knife. We put the kettle (then you'll understand why). 2. Now we put our shells in one layer on the frying pan with high sides, and so that there is still space between them, because they will increase in size during cooking. And each of them is filled with minced meat. Add a little vegetable oil (preferably olive, so that everything was in the spirit of Italy) and pour boiling water from the kettle so that the water covers the shells about half. 3. We put on a small fire, and stew for about 40 minutes. It is important to periodically top up the water to this level, and then burn out :) 4. While our shells gurgle under the lid, onions and carrots fry in vegetable oil, as well as salt and pepper a little. As the onion comes to translucency - add a little more oil, water, as well as sour cream and ketchup. Stirring, a little bit of fire. 5. Now it only remains to fill the almost ready shells with this sauce, leave for another couple of minutes under the lid - and you can serve!
