Step one - we work with the ingredients. Chicken fillet cut into small longitudinal pieces, pepper small cubes, onions - finely. Step two - in a frying pan warm up a little vegetable oil, fry in it chicken pieces until ready (about 7 minutes on medium heat). Put the chicken in a bowl, in the same oil, fry the pepper and onions (for another 5 minutes, until the onion is transparent). We reduce the fire to a minimum, return the chicken to the pan, add sour cream, mix and stew for about 5 minutes. At the very end, we add hand-picked basil. Served with your favorite side dish - as for me, goes with rice, and with buckwheat, and with pasta.
