Snack from chicken liver I propose to prepare a very interesting snack. Chicken liver on this recipe turns out gentle, juicy, with piquant nutty taste. This is due to the wonderful walnut-apple refueling. Nuts give the dish a special piquancy, and the sweet and sour apple, half of which goes to the dressing, and half is cut into large cubes, gives the liver juiciness and the necessary sourness. The presence of a rather large amount of prominated onion only improves the taste of this snack.
Ingredients:- Chicken liver 250 g
- Apple 1 pc.
- Walnut 50 g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 g
- Table vinegar 5 ml
- Step 1 To make chicken liver in a nut-apple filling we need chicken liver, walnuts, mayonnaise, onion, egg, sweet and sour apple, salt.
- Step 2 Nuts chop.
- Step 3 Cut the onion into thin rings. Pour 150 ml of boiling water, add the vinegar. Let the onion in marinade for 5 minutes.
- Step 4 Half the apple grate it, combine it with nuts and mayonnaise, spread with half of boiled yolk.
- Step 5 Cook the chicken liver until cooked, cut into small pieces.
- Step 6 Cut the second half of the apple into medium cubes. Add the liver and the pressed onion.
- Step 7 Add the apple-nut filling. Salt to taste.
- Step 8 Before serving give a liver marinated for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
