Chicken breasts mine, and then gently beat off to a thickness of ~ 3mm. On battered breasts spread on a slice of ham or bacon. Then - cheese of both varieties. Finally, carefully put the canned pepper (if the length does not fit - cut). We turn off our roll, we fix the edges with skewers. Sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt. We put the rolls in a roasting dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Bon Appetit! :)
