- cornstarch - 3 st. spoons
- light brown sugar - 6 Art. spoons
- cocoa - 3 Art. spoons
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- skim milk - 3 cups
- bitter chocolate - 120 grams
- chocolate chips, for decoration - 1 part
- cinnamon sticks, for decoration - 1 Piece
Whip cornstarch, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon and salt and in a medium saucepan. Add the milk, whip. Bring the mass to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 1 minute. Add the chocolate and cook until the chocolate melts, for about 1 minute. Divide the pudding equally between 6 cups and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Serve with chocolate chips and cinnamon sticks.
