Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Arrange the salmon fillet in shallow form for roasting. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven until the salmon turns pink in the middle, 10 to 13 minutes. Using a flat spatula, remove the fillets from the baking dish, removing the skin. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, soy sauce and sugar. Mix the mass with chopped cilantro leaves. Drizzle the cooked sauce with baked salmon fillet and serve with fried asparagus.
