- Nuts - 3/4 Glass
- chicken - 4 cups (fry and cut into small pieces)
- red onion - 1 piece (chopped)
- celery - 3 pieces (chopped)
- bacon - 6 pieces (slices cut into)
- grapes - 1 1/4 Cups
- cranberries - 1/4 Cups (dried)
- mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Preheat the oven to 280 F. Bake the nuts in the oven on the baking sheet for 6 minutes. Allow them to cool and then chop. Fry the bacon until crisp, about 5 minutes. In a large bowl lay chicken, grapes, onions, cranberries, celery, pecans and bacon. Add the mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. Salad is best served on thick slices of bread.
