- spinach - 3 cups (rinse and scald with boiling water)
- bulb - 1 piece (finely chopped)
- mushrooms - 15 pieces (finely chopped)
- salt - 1 Pinch (to taste)
- black pepper - 1 pinch (to taste)
- lemon - 1/2 Pieces (juice)
- olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- garlic - 4 Teeth (finely chopped and fried)
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add chopped onions. Cook until softened. Add mushrooms, cook for 1 minute periodically stirring. Add the spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until the mushrooms are ready. Turn off the heat and pour the dish with lemon juice. Bon Appetit!
