- soy sauce - 2 items. spoons
- fresh lime juice - 2 items. spoons
- cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Ground pepper - - To taste
- red bell pepper - 1 piece (peeled and cut into strips)
- green onions - 6 pieces
- cloves of garlic - 3 pieces
- fresh ginger - 1 piece
- half chicken breast without skin - 4 pieces
- roasted cashew nuts - 1/3 Cups
In a microwave dish with a lid, stir together the soy sauce, lime juice and cornstarch, season with ground pepper. Add the sweet Bulgarian pepper, green onions, garlic, ginger and chicken breasts, mix. Cover and cook in the microwave for 8 to 10 minutes, turning the chicken in the middle of the cooking. Finely chop the chicken slices. Put on a dish, sprinkle with cashew nuts and decorate with lime slices, if necessary.
