1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Chop cashews and almonds. In a large bowl, mix oat flakes, cashew nuts, almonds, coconut chips, salt and cinnamon, set aside. 2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, agave nectar and brown sugar, until the sugar completely dissolves. Remove the mixture from the heat and mix with the vanilla extract. 3. Pour the oil mixture onto the oat mixture and mix. 4. Put the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a few large lumps. 5. Bake granola for 15 minutes. Then remove from the oven and mix with a fork, place the baking tray back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Take the granola from the oven, mix again and bake for another 10 minutes. 6. Remove the baking tray from the oven and allow the granola to cool completely. When it cools, add chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Rapidly mix with a spoon, and then put the granola in glass jars or brown paper bags for storage.
