Those who are interested in this topic, for sure, will be interested to read this article, in which we will deal with the five elements, find out what are the elements and how to learn how to control the vital energy of your body.

So, what is the Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang?

Explanation of the origin of these two opposites is given in the book "Tao de Jing", the author of which is the ancient Chinese philosopher Laozi. According Laotzi, the universe was born as follows: first there were two opposites: yin and yang, they were interconnected, and their union gave birth to the energy of life, which is called Chi.

The school of two elements is based on the doctrine of the five elements: earth, water, fire, wood and metal. These five elements interact with each other. In Chinese philosophy, when a new person is born, the energies of the five elements must harmonize in him, if the harmony of energies is broken, then the wise Chinese advise this person to surround himself with that element whose energy is less than the norm. For example, if a person does not have enough "water", he should live on the bank of a river or a lake, have a decorative fountain or an aquarium with fish in his house. If this is not possible, then at least several times a week visit the pool to have contact with water.

According to the Chinese philosophy of energy, Yin and Yan, the energy of the universe and all living things - Chi - permeate the whole world around us. They are present both in the inspired bodies, and in inanimate objects. With the energy of Chi, everyone who studies the theory of Feng Shui is familiar. Chi is responsible for the happiness of man, for the success and wealth of his family. It is necessary to love and respect this living energy, to call her into your house, opening the doors to her. Then, according to the Chinese, joy and happiness will come to the house. Chi's energy is vibrant and vibrant, so keeping it in your home is possible only by observing the laws of feng shui.

Energy Chi enters the human body and moves in it through 12 channels - meridians. All 12 channels are connected to certain internal organs. When communications are established, energy moves through the human body freely, which means that its health is normal, the state of health is excellent. If a person is at the mercy of negative emotions: anger, irritation, fear, then there is a blockage of vital energy and there are various diseases and ailments.

If the energy stagnates in the body constantly, then a person runs the risk of serious illness, as the balance between the harmony of Yin and Yang is disturbed. If we speak modern language, a person falls into a state of stress. To avoid this and help yourself, you can do meditation, which is a very effective method of getting rid of stress. Instead of meditation, you can just take a breath - a few minutes to breathe deeply and concentrate your attention on breathing. You can just close your eyes and imagine the most pleasant place where you would like to be. What comes first to mind? If you have a place by the river or lake, then you do not have enough water energy, if you have presented a place by the fire or fireplace, then you need the energy of fire, etc.

Focus on your inner state, listen to yourself and to your feelings, imagine how the vital energy Chi flows freely within you and gives you peace and health. You will undoubtedly become better at heart, you will feel a rush of activity and cheerfulness, your mood will rise.

There is one wonderful way how you can easily manage negative emotions and resume the familiar flow of Chi energy. In any stressful situation, take two balloons and a marker. First, make a list of reasons on which you can fall into a stressful state on a piece of paper. This list should affect both work and personal life. And the reasons are in order of decreasing importance for you. The main attention is given to the main reason, which spoils your existence at the moment. Imagine this reason and with thoughts of it, inflate the first balloon, giving away with the ball negative emotions and irritation.

Take a pin and from the bottom of your heart pierce this ball. What happened in this case? Correctly! Your negative feelings have burst and evaporated. Puffing up the second ball, imagine all the pleasant things that surround you now, imbue with bright and joyful thoughts, you can express your exultation aloud, and then inflate the second ball. On the ball write the state in which you are now: joy, love, pleasure, happiness, delight. Draw the ball with joyful smiles, flowers, show all your imagination and creativity.

Play with the ball, throw it up, and yourself at this time, once again remember for yourself the joy that you put in this second ball. And in a difficult moment, remember your ball, remember those feelings that overwhelmed you when you pouted it. It will make it easier for you to cope with stress and difficult life situations.
