1. Make a chocolate dough. In a small bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt. Whisk butter and sugar in a large bowl with a mixer. Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat. Add floury flour and whip together. Cover the bowl with a lid and leave to one side. Make vanilla dough. In a small bowl, mix the flour, soda and salt. In a large bowl, whip butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whilst continuing to beat. Add flour mixture and whip together. Stir with chocolate chips. 2. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Fill the baking tray with a silicone rug or parchment paper. Using a spoon or scoop, lay out 1 tablespoon of chocolate dough on a baking sheet, forming a round cake. 3. Top with 1 tablespoon of vanilla dough in the shape of a bowl. Wrap the ball with a chocolate dough so that it is inside. 4. On top put another tablespoon of dough, forming a cake, and close the top of the chocolate ball. Repeat with the remaining test. 5. Place the cookies 5 cm apart. Bake for 18-20 minutes until the edges begin to harden, and the center does not rise. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes, then allow to cool completely before serving.
