Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Lightly grease the baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine the oat flakes, the semi-finished products for the biscuit and pudding, and mix well. Add oil, sour cream, water and vanilla, mix until smooth. Add chocolate chips, stir. Roll balls 1 1/2 inches from the dough and put 2 cm apart on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow the liver to cool for 5 minutes on a baking sheet, then transfer to a grate to cool completely.
