1. Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, beat eggs, sugar, sour cream and butter. 2. Stir the cream mixture into a flour mixture until smooth. Put the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 3 hours. 3. Sprinkle the flour on the work surface. Knead the dough and roll out 1 cm thick. 4. Cutter for cookies or cut mugs. If the dough is too soft, place it on flour-waxed waxed paper or parchment on a baking sheet and place it in the freezer for a few minutes until it is hard enough. 5. Fill a large pan or fryer with oil. Preheat to 190 degrees. You can fry 6 to 12 donuts at a time, about 1 minute from each side. Make sure that the oil is again heated to 190 degrees after each batch. Finished donuts put on paper towels and let drain off the oil. Cool it down. 6. Prepare the glaze. Beat up sugar, water (milk or buttermilk) and vanilla extract in a bowl. If you want a more liquid glaze, add more liquid. Dip the chilled donuts in the glaze and let it freeze a little.
