- flour - 1 1/2 cups
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- baking powder - 1/4 teaspoons
- light brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- granulated sugar - 1/4 Glass
- large egg yolk - 1 piece
- chopped almonds - 3/4 Cups
- fruit jam - 1/2 cup
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Lubricate the baking dish with oil. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, salt and baking powder. Beat the butter and sugar at a high speed with a mixer. Add the egg yolk and whip. Reduce the speed and gradually add a mixture of flour. Add chopped almonds. In a small bowl, beat the jam with a fork or a whisk. Put half the dough into a mold. Gently distribute the jam over the dough using a spoon. Leave intact 6 cm at the edges. Sprinkle the remaining dough on top, pressing it gently. Bake until golden brown, from 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the form. Slice the jagged knife on the squares and serve.
