Delicacy for the fans of chocolate-nutty taste A real treat for sweet tooth-chocolate men! Just a fantastic combination of chocolate, condensed milk and nuts! Chocolate dessert resembles a large, soft chocolate with a rich taste and lots of nuts (which, by the way, can be replaced or supplemented with other nuts according to your taste, cookies, dried fruits, marshmallow candies). In general, fudge is by definition a chocolate fudge, but in fact it is more like chocolate pre-chocolates if cut into small pieces. Such chocolates can be folded into a box and presented to friends for a holiday - both delicious and unusual! A special highlight of this Fudge is a pinch of nutmeg, added to the dessert, and sprinkling it with sea salt of coarse grinding - it turned out just superb! Enjoy!
Ingredients:- Chocolate black 300 g
- Condensed milk 250 g
- Walnut 80 g
- Hazelnut 80 g
- Butter 30 g
- Sea salt 10 g
- Nutmeg ground 0.3 tsp.
- Food flavoring "Rom" 2 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the dessert, we need black chocolate and condensed milk, walnuts, hazelnuts, butter, nutmeg ground, flavor "rum" (you can do without it or replace it with 0.5 tbsp brandy), sea salt of coarse grinding.
- Step 2 Pour the condensed milk into a saucepan with thick walls. Chocolate we break into pieces and add to the condensed milk.
- Step 3 We also add butter, ground nutmeg, "rum" flavor.
- Step 4 Calculate walnuts and hazelnuts in an oven or microwave oven. Pour into a bowl, let it cool.
- Step 5 Put the saucepan on the fire and, stirring constantly, let the chocolate melt completely. When the mass becomes uniform and smooth - remove from heat.
- Step 6 Pour the nuts into the chocolate mass.
- Step 7 Stir.
- Step 8 A small shape (square or rectangular) is lined with parchment for baking, we spread the chocolate-nut mass, we spread the top with a silicone spatula (the top of the dessert is very well leveled, the mass is slightly oily, plastic and easily takes the desired shape). We put the form with Fudge in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Step 9 Then we take out, sprinkle sea salt with a coarse grinding and send it to the freezer for 1 hour.
- Step 10 After an hour, take out the fudge from the form, remove the parchment, cut it into portions and serve it to the table. Fudge is perfectly stored in the refrigerator as a whole piece, and in a sliced form. We serve for dessert!
