- Strawberries - 500 Grams
- Lime - 1 piece
- Water - 300 Milliliters
- Sugar - 150 Grams
In a pot of water add sugar, zest and lime juice. Lightly heat up to dissolve sugar, then bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Allow to cool. Add the strawberries crushed in the blender, bring everything to a homogeneous mass. Pour into a plastic container. Freeze for 2 hours, or until the mixture freezes around the edges. Use a fork to pull ice from the edges to the center. And again put in the freezer. Then repeat the procedure 3-4 times, every 30 minutes, or until the whole mixture forms ice crystals. Serve immediately.
