- fresh or frozen cranberries - 350 Grams
- dried cherries - 1 glass
- sugar - 1 glass
- water - 2 Cups
In a large saucepan combine the cranberries (if there is no need to unfreeze it), cherries, sugar and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook over low heat until the liquid thickens, 20 to 25 minutes. Pour into a bowl. Cover with a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator. Before use, heat to room temperature.
