Cook the cooked vegetables, put the carrots aside, the tomatoes and the green part of the onions are discarded, and cut the white part of it into slices. Drink three bowls of broth with a break of 10 minutes, then eat leeks, three times with a break of 20 minutes.

Second day

Before dinner, it's better to spend time in bed ... with food and drinks. True, the menu is somewhat limited: first - a couple of grapefruits, after an hour - bowls of cocoa, another hour later - a bowl of vegetable broth. Supplement all this you need 0.5 liters of water.

200 g of lean fish, boiled carrots (from yesterday's broth) from 2 tbsp. l. olive oil.

Day Three

Day two and three

The first day menu. Rice with spices. Preparation: pour the white rice with water, add cumin, cloves and peas of black pepper, cook until ready. Serve with broccoli, steamed. Till the end of the day, drink ginger tea.

Detox is a kind of stress for the body.
