Preparation: Rinse the rice, put in a bowl and pour boiling water. Leave to stand for 5-6 minutes. Then, pour the rice back onto the sieve and rinse again. Transfer the rice into a saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of water and boil until cooked. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water and peel, rub tomatoes through a sieve. Add the tomato puree to the rice, bring to a boil and remove the pan from the fire. Add salt and chill. Pour kefir and pour cold into plates. Add sour cream to each plate and sprinkle with chopped dill.
