4. Press lightly with the pads of the fingers on the eyelids closed and hold for 15 seconds. Let's take a short break and repeat again 5 times.

5. Let's look at objects that are at different distances from our eyes. We concentrate our attention on the object that is at a great distance, then translate our view into an object that is at a small distance. And at the end we look into the distance. Then repeat this exercise in the reverse order.
