You have worked as a manager for a while, and now you send your resume to the position of an ordinary specialist or manager.
What HR thinks
- You did not do your duty well and you were fired.
- You tried to open your business and burned out.
- You are spoiled for high income and therefore it will be hard with you.
- You are set for rapid career growth.
- In the firm where you worked, there was not one legal entity and on paper you were the head of one such legal entity, but in practice was an ordinary specialist.
- Your past organization consisted of only a few people that you controlled, and in the firm where you claim to be a specialist, the head of the department has much more personnel in the subordination.
- You were promoted to the manager for your specialization, but after a while you again became a line specialist, but in a more narrow profile and with management experience.
- ... you are tired of a high responsibility and you want to rest a year or two.
- ... you wanted to start your own business, but nothing happened.
- ... you dream of spending more time with your family.
You very often jumped from one job to another, and in some places only a few months.

What HR thinks
- You can not decide for yourself what kind of work you need.
- You just need at least some work for a while.
- You are not very successful at studying (the former profession), and there is no guarantee that something will turn out right now.
- The institute you entered into was selected at the age when you could still decide it definitively and irrevocably, what would you like to do in the future, and already at the senior years you got a clear outline of what profession you really are attracted to.

What HR thinks
- You do not know how to focus on the main thing in choosing a career and you are wasting yourself on trifles.
- Serious places of work are also not too serious.
- You are trying to seem like an "important bird", but in fact you do not know how to do anything.
