In a large bowl, mix the sifted flour, baking powder and salt. To the flour add the diced butter on the cubes. Add sugar to the flour mix, and then grind all this mixture to the consistency of crumb. Transfer the apples into the flour mixture, then add the milk into it and mix the soft enough dough. The mixed dough is rolled into a layer 1 cm thick. Using our sharp mold, we cut out our scapes. A cup for these purposes will not work - only an acute mold, otherwise the scapes do not rise. This is not pelmeni for you :) Lay the cattle on a baking sheet, sprinkle sugar on top and send it to the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 190 degrees. The real English apple cattle are ready! It remains only to cool them and make tasty tea. Pleasant!
