- ripe peaches - 1500 Grams
- lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
- flour - 2 Art. spoons
- sugar - 1/4 cup
- sauce: flour - 1/2 cup
- oatmeal - 1/2 cup
- sugar - 1/3 Glass
- ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- Canola oils - 1/4 Cups
- water - 2 items. spoons
- crushed almonds - 1/3 cup
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a large bowl, whip together flour, oat flakes, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add oil and water. The mixture should resemble wet sand. Add cinnamon and set aside. In a large saucepan with boiling water, blanch the peaches for 1 minute. Put in a bowl of cold water. When peaches are cool, remove the peel. Slice into slices. In a small bowl, mix the peaches, lemon juice, flour and sugar. Put the oat mixture in a baking dish. Spread evenly on peaches. Bake until golden brown, from 30 to 35 minutes. Serve dessert warm or at room temperature with vanilla ice cream, if necessary.
