Cookies with chocolate chips

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mixer at medium speed whip Ingredients: Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mixer at medium speed, beat butter at room temperature, white sugar and light brown sugar until a uniform consistency is obtained. 2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix. 3. In a separate large bowl, mix the flour, the mixture for making hot chocolate, salt and soda. Gradually add the egg mixture, dividing it into 3-4 parts. Mix well. The mixture should visually resemble chocolate ice cream. Add three kinds of chocolate chips and gently mix. Put the dough into the refrigerator for 1 hour or more. This allows all ingredients to be better combined together, and also allows the test to keep the shape when baking. 4. Using a scoop for ice cream, scoop up a dough (about 1/4 cup) and lay out the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for about 9-11 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on a baking sheet and serve.
