Sift together the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl, set aside. Mix the butter and sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer at high speed until fluffy. Add the eggs. Reduce the speed and gradually add the mixture of flour in two sets, whisking after each addition. Add the vanilla. Divide the dough in half, wrap with a plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Roll out 1 portion of dough on a lightly floured working surface 3 mm thick. Using a cookie cutter, cut out 25 pieces of biscuits. Using the clover stencil, with the help of green sugar make a pattern on the biscuit. Arrange the cookies on the baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes. Repeat the process with the remaining test. Bake the biscuits until it starts to brown, from 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool completely. Store cookies in a sealed container for up to 5 days.
