- softened oil - 1 glass
- brown sugar - 11/2 Glass
- white sugar - 1 glass
- eggs - 2 pieces
- milk - 1 st. a spoon
- vanilla extract - 11/2 Teaspoons
- crushed corn flakes - 1 glass
- oatmeal - 3 cups
- coconut shavings - 1/2 Cups
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 2 Cups
- crushed walnuts - 1 glass
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Lubricate the pan. Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg husk, nutmeg, cloves and put aside. In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Eat eggs one by one, add milk and vanilla. Gradually add the sifted ingredients, mix well. Using a wooden spoon, add cornflakes, oats, coconut, chocolate chips and walnuts. Roll out balls of walnut size from the dough and place them 2 cm apart on prepared trays. Bake 8 - 10 minutes in a preheated oven. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then lay out and cool completely.
