Cordon blu The name "cordon blue" in French means "blue ribbon". Nobody knows for sure why this dish is named so, and who invented it first. There are versions that it is French or Swiss. But anyway, the cordon of blues has gained worldwide popularity for being very tasty and at the same time very easy to prepare. It can be prepared not only from chicken breasts, nor from veal or pork.
Ingredients:- Curry 1 tsp.
- Salt 2 pinch
- Milk 1 tbsp.
- Cheese hard 50g
- Ham 50 g
- Wheat flour 0.25 tbsp.
- Breadcrumbs 30 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 0.25 tbsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Chicken breast 2 pcs.
- Step 1 Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You will need chicken breasts, cheese, ham, eggs, flour, breadcrumbs, spices.
- Step 2 Chicken breast in Soak for 20 minutes. This step is not mandatory, but the breasts become somewhat more tender and juicy.
- Step 3 Cut the breast in half. Each chunk of the chicken is cut so that you can unfold the fillets. Season and pepper the fillets and add the curry mixture.
