In our country, in most cases, vertical childbirths are discussed only theoretically, and few women decide on such a traditional way for our culture and medicine to resolve the burden.

In modern clinics practicing vertical delivery, in the first phase of labor, the woman is not limited in movement, and therefore the most painful and long period is much easier. So, the mother is able to move around the room, sit on a chair, bed, fitbole, lie on the bed, take a shower, and if there is a technical possibility, even take a bath or swim in a special pool.
