Mix the butter, mustard and vinegar to a homogeneous consistency. Cheese cut into small cubes. We put the cheese in the marinade we cooked and send it to the refrigerator for 1 hour. Ham is sliced in small cubes or brusochkami, fry 2-3 minutes before redness. Whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper. We cook the omelet. We cut the prepared omelet into large pieces, put it in a salad bowl along with the large-torn leaves of the lettuce. We add marinated cheese to the salad together with a small amount of marinade.
