Salad with ham In salads, where all the ingredients are laid in layers, there is a certain feature that makes it especially tasty. And this salad is not an exception. In it there is also a sour cream, which gives an apple sprinkled with lemon juice, and a delicate cheesy layer, and a piquant layer of ham. Often, puffed salads are the decoration of a festive table. They look beautiful, and are eaten easily. Most popular: herring under the fur coat, Mimosa and salad with chicken (more often with canned pineapple). And when the standard set of dishes became boring, with what in the literal sense of the word, it's time to try something new. For example, this salad with ham, pickled mushrooms, grated apple, cheese and egg. Lubricate layers can be sour cream, yogurt (without additives) or mayonnaise, but then necessarily home. Again, the ingredients can be replaced with your favorite foods: ham, chicken, cucumber mushrooms, etc. The main thing that in your salad there is a layer nutritious (fish, meat), a gentle background (cheese, an egg) and with a sourness (an apple, pickled vegetables). In the rest, your imagination does not limit anything!
Ingredients:- Ham 300 g
- Processed cheese 200 g
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Apple 2 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Marinated champignons 150 g
- Lemon 0.25 pcs.
- Sour cream 250 g
- Pepper black ground 4 pinch
- Salt 0.25 tsp.
- Step 1 For such a salad, take: ham, melted cheese, eggs, a small onion, medium apples with sour, marinated mushrooms, quarter of a lemon, sour cream, pepper, salt.
- Step 2 Eggs boil hard, about 7 minutes after boiling and rub on a large grater.
- Step 3 Remove the ham from the peel and cut into small cubes.
- Step 4 Grate apples on a large grater and squeeze lemon juice onto them.
- Step 5 Finely chop onion with a knife.
- Step 6 Mushrooms rinse with water and chop each mushroom into 4 parts.
- Step 7 Fold the cheese for 10 minutes in the freezer and grate it on a large grater.
- Step 8 Add a little salt and pepper to the sour cream. Mix.
- Step 9 Lay out the ham layer.
- Step 10 Lubricate the layer of ham and each subsequent sour cream.
- Step 11 Next, layer the onion.
- Step 12 Next layer to lay apples.
- Step 13 Marinated champignons.
- Step 14 The layer of processed cheese.
- Step 15 And the final layer is the eggs. Top with sour cream and pepper.
- Step 16 Put the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, and preferably at night.
