- Softened Butter - 50 Grams
- sour cream - 1/2 cup
- vanilla extract or vanilla sugar - 1/2 teaspoons
- lemon juice - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- salt - 1/4 teaspoons
- powdered sugar - 2 3/4 Glass
This universal cream is suitable for any cake. Preparation: In a medium bowl, mix butter, sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice and salt with a mixer. Add the powdered sugar and whisk until smooth.
