- Cottage cheese - 250 grams (1 packet)
- Dill - 1 piece (bundle)
- Salt, vegetable oil - - To taste
Zucchini peel. Grate their large grater, add salt and leave for 10-15 minutes. Chop the greens. Then in a deep bowl add cottage cheese, squeezed from the juice of vegetable marrow, eggs, flour and greens. All the mix well. Using a spoon, form chops and fry in oil.
