Hotpot
For 4 servings:
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 1 parsley root
- Turnip
- 150 g of root celery

Cooking:
Vegetables (except tomatoes) and roots cleaned, washed and cut into small cubes. Wash meat, dry and cut into small cubes. For 4 servings:

- 1 piece of fresh ginger root (3 cm)
- 1/2 pod of red chili peppers
- 2 table. spoons of margarine
- 750 g carrots
- 1 potato tuber
- salt
- 750 ml of vegetable broth
- 2 oranges
- 2 table. tablespoons of sour cream
Cooking:
Peel onion and finely chop. Ginger clean and grate on a fine grater. chop the chili pepper, remove the seeds, pulp finely chopped. Heat the margarine in a sauté pan and fry the onions. Add the ginger with chili and lightly brown. Carrots and potatoes must be cleaned, washed and finely chopped. Add to onions, salt, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Cooking:

Cooking:

In a large frying pan or in a saucepan, warm olive oil well, put cooked boiled ham and green peas and fry with stirring for 2 minutes. Add the tortellini or dumplings and add a small amount of collected broth. Again bring everything to a boil and simmer under the lid on a small fire for about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Hard cheese grate on a fine grater. Finished dish spread on plates and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can decorate with fresh basil leaves. Immediately submit to the table.
Fried potatoes with sausages
For 4 servings:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- Salt
- 250 g sausages
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 2 table. tablespoons olive oil

Wash the potatoes thoroughly with a brush, pour cold water to cover it completely, bring it to a boil, add salt and cook for 20 minutes on a small fire. Cut sausages in thin slices. - 20 g of pitted olives

Cabbage leaves are washed and blanched for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Then throw in a colander and rinse with cold water.
