Chocolate dessert is an ideal treat for the cold season. Juicy fresh berries melt in a layer of nut butter, creating an ideal filling for a fragrant dough.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Sugar - 200 g
- Flour - 100 g
- Cocoa (preferably alkalized) - 80 g
- Butter - 180 g
- Nut paste and berries - to taste, for filling
Cooking method:
- Connect the eggs and sugar in the bowl (white can be replaced with brown)
- Beat mixture with a mixer at medium or high speed - until the mass is increased in volume and does not acquire the consistency of a thick foam
- Sift the flour and cocoa into the mixture, whisking
- After melting the butter, pour it gradually into the dough, without stopping the work of the mixer
- Dough and nut paste put in pastry bags. Prepare forms for cupcakes, greasing them with oil and sprinkling with flour
- Fill the molds with a third of the test and put the walnut paste out of the bag into the center
- Add the dough again and put the fresh berries. Pour them chocolate mass to the top
- Bake in the oven until ready (about a quarter of an hour). Cool on the grate
- When serving, pour on chocolate glaze and decorate with berries
