Green soup from the young nettle and sorrel in Belarusian Nettle and sorrel - the first spring greens. After a long winter, you really want something really springtime, not only in the mood, but also in food. The body yearns for real vitamins, since all overseas vegetables and fruits are already poor in useful substances in winter. Non-simple soup of nettles and sorrel will be very handy.
Ingredients:- Pork ribs 500g
- Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable seasoning 1 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Water 2.5 l
- Fresh Sorrel 200 g
- Nettle fresh 300 g
- Potatoes 2 pcs.
- Fresh dill 1 bunch
- Step 1 To make soup you need to take pork ribs, young nettles, sorrel, potatoes, onions, vegetable oil and vegetable seasoning. To feed the cabbage soup, you need to take sour cream, eggs and dill greens.
- Step 2 Bones thoroughly rinse in running water and cut along into individual ribs.
- Step 3 Prepared ossicles put in a saucepan, pour cold water, bring to a boil, sharply reduce heat, remove the foam and continue to boil almost without boiling until the softness of the meat.
- Step 4 Clean the young nettle thoroughly, dip it into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
- Step 5 Throw the nettle in a colander and drain it.
- Step 6 Rinse well.
- Step 7 Pass the boiled nettle and sorrel through the small grill of the meat grinder.
- Step 8 Peel potatoes, wash and cut into slices.
- Step 9 Put the potatoes in the broth and boil until soft.
- Step 10 Cut the bulb, cut it in half, and then each halve into thin half-rings.
- Step 11 Grill the onion until lightly browned.
- Step 12 In a boiling broth with potatoes, dip the onion, sorrel and nettle and add the vegetable seasoning to taste.
- Step 13 Boil the cabbage soup for 10-15 minutes.
- Step 14 Eggs boil hard, peel and cut into cubes.
- Step 15 When you put in a plate put 1 tbsp. l. crushed eggs, pour them with soup, season with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped greens of dill.
