- Tortilla - 1 piece
- Shrimp - 200 Grams (Take already peeled)
- Sweet pepper - 70 Grams
- Cherry tomatoes - 40 Grams
- Avocado - 40 Grams
Dice the peppers (preferably use yellow, and red, and green). Finely chop the onions. Boil the shrimp and then fry in a deep frying pan along with chopped onions and bell peppers. Cut finely cherry tomatoes and diced avocado. For one half of the tortilla (preferably already bought in the store, but not cooked at home), lay out the stuffing, top with chopped tomatoes and avocado, and then cover with the second half of the tortilla. To make out greens and to submit hot on lettuce leaves.
