Complex carbohydrates (polysaccharides) are digested slowly or not digested at all and are displayed in their original form. To such sick people, it is possible to include in the diet coarse bread, vegetables, fruits (with some restrictions), oatmeal, buckwheat, pearl, corn, millet and other porridges. But you should avoid semolina and rice.

A lot of harm brings sugar-containing products containing sugar, which are produced by man (sweets, sweet soda, fruit compotes). Using such products, a person sharply raises blood sugar, and a patient can cause hyperglycemic coma.

How to eat right?
Sweet substitutes were invented for sweet tooth. Sweet substitutes are artificial and natural. Natural, produced from fruits and berries, and with them, too, must be careful, because abuse can also increase blood sugar. But artificial sweeteners (sweets) do not affect the level of sugar in the blood.

The most correct diet is six meals a day (breakfast, dinner dinner and three small snacks). The amount of food in one dose is reduced to reduce the burden on the pancreas. In addition, frequent intake of food in small portions reduces the risk of a sharp drop in blood sugar, which can also cause someone (hypoglycemic).

Another principle of eating patients, you can call a gradual increase in the lunchtime carbohydrate products and reduce their number by the evening.
This should correspond to the intake of sugar-reducing drugs.

It should be very careful about alcohol, because it can cause hypoglycemia, blocking insulin-destroying enzymes. Therefore, if you still had to drink alcohol, you need a good meal. It should be noted that frequent intake of alcoholic beverages, can on the contrary lead to an increase in blood sugar.

Remember that sticking to the basic principles of a diet needs a lifetime, although sometimes small liberties and deviations are permissible.
