To make a mango jam, you need: 1. Clean the mango - mine, remove the peel and bone. 2. Rub the lemon zest, squeeze the juice out of the lemon itself. 3. We put mango, sugar, ground cinnamon (to taste), lemon juice and zest in a saucepan. 4. Put the saucepan on a fire and cook on medium heat for 50 minutes. 5. The jam is ready. We dispense on sterilized cans. Keep the mango preserves in a cool dry place. In winter, take out a can and regale :)
