How to cook an egg in minced meat, step by step recipe: 1. Forage for a better bunch mix with boiled and grated potato, mustard, raw egg (whisk a little before adding to minced meat) and rye flour. We carefully mix, take in hands and sharply we throw about a firm bottom of a bowl. This chef's secret will make mincemeat more malleable and elastic. 2. Eggs cook hard-boiled, carefully cleaned from the shell, crumble in flour. 3. We divide the forcemeat into 5 equal parts, we form buns from them. Put the egg on top and carefully wrap it, evenly distributing the stuffing around the filling. Ready-made "cutlets" are rolled in breadcrumbs and immersed in a deep-fryer with preheated oil (a pan or a deep frying pan is also suitable). If the balls are not completely covered with oil, then you have to turn them. 4. Place the frying pan or saucepan in a preheated oven for 220 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Important note: I advise you not to add the onions to mince, so as not to disturb its consistency. However, if you can not do without this ingredient, cut the onion very finely.
